2024 Peace Poster Contest
The 2024-2025 Peace Postercontest,
themed "Peace Without Limits", concluded
recently. The winning poster chosen for
MD34 was submitted by 13-year-old
Jessica Harbin, an 8th grade student from
Gadsden. Jessica's quote "Peace exists
everywhere with a little bit of hard work"
reflects her ideas for a more peaceful
world. All three districts saw a significant
increase this year in the number of clubs
that sponsored a Peace Poster Contest at
their local middle schools. Look for
information early in the New Year for the
2025-2026 Peace Poster contest.
Molli Smith of Gadsden Lions Club and
Peace Poster winner Jessica Harbin.
